Came back from a run and is so tiring because inside my pouch contain 2 books and my own stuff and one word to say "Siong ah!!" I think the part where i "tahan" through is the upslope and is always my worst nightmare when come to marathon but no choice, i have to overcome that weak area and left 5 months to 21km with yong. I don't know whether i fit to be his "pacer"? Well ......
