I'm tired after the race and went back home with the shirt, the medal and the tag. To be honest, this is not my best race ever for such event because i didn't train much so next year, i must push it to my limit but before that, please clear my IPPT first *Sucks*.

Dad complain again saying "why you cut yr hair so short?" and personally i don't like to keep my hair long because of hygiene reason and my look, o well .. i know it going to be ugly with my short hair but i don't really care how people look @ me


Mr. Muttley is very proud with the medal that i achieve.
















Every race paid a price, i now suffer some muscles cramp plus possible old injury strike back.
