Last night cycling cannot perform to my maximum. Before i reach the park, the whole body is like left 50% to go and this kind of condition, is either i too tired or my brain filled with thought but somehow today just want to sit down and listen to the sound of the sea ......... Long time never have such peace after coming back from Thailand where no fear , no burden , no stress, it just filled with peace and mercy.

Reach home, saw world vision send letter to sis and ask for permission to open up.
