Later going to run around the tracks with my friend because i getting "gua jia" liao. I'm dislike my unhealthy life style because i eat quite a lot after all my run and cycling around my area, the feeling is sucks and terrible so time to cut down even more weight so to achieve my Gold again and got money too because i going for IPPT NOT NAPFA.

Yesterday went to see guitar at swee wee, i can only see but cannot buy and what fraz call the "gian" level isn't to my highest point at all. Maybe i very tired already after waiting for more than 3hrs+ for him so just feel want to sleep. Looking forwards to wednesday for the appointment and saturday is where the team going to china for mission work .. ha .. when is my next turn, papa?
Every moment i thinking about my trip in thailand, i just feel so excited because i want to see his hardwork again.
